Press release: Personnel changes in Race Communications. The new head of the banking department of the sales department.

Frolovichev Viktor Vladimirovich started working at Race Communications as Head of the Banking Department of the Sales Department.

Viktor Frolovichev was born in 1969. He received his higher education at the Russian State University for the Humanities, graduating from the Faculty of Management. In 1995, after graduating from university and working at the CB "Russian General Bank", he started working at the MARVEL distribution company as a partner manager and was engaged in the development of the dealer network for five years. In 2000, Mr. Frolovichev moved to the IBM EE/A representative office, where in four years he rose from sales representative to head of the reseller group.

Leonid Lopatin, CEO of Race Communications, noted that building telecommunications and system integration in the banking sector has always been one of the top priorities in the Race Communications business. "Continuing to develop and deepen business relations with leading Russian banks and branches of foreign financial structures, we decided to strengthen our sales department with a strong professional with managerial experience in the representation of a leading global IT company," Lopatin stressed.

Viktor Frolovichev's direct supervisor at Race Communications will be Sergey Minaev (Director of the sales department), who joined Race about a year ago. Sergey and Viktor already have experience of effective collaboration within the sales department.

Oleg Lupanov, who held the position of Head of the banking Department of Race Communications until that moment, was appointed Director of Work with Corporate customers.
