Race presents the Avaya S8700 Multi Connect communication server.

The S8700 communication server in the Multi Connect configuration is a converged corporate platform for organizing calls both based on traditional telephony technology and in accordance with VoIP technology. The server has the largest switching capacity and the number of ports serviced to date. The guaranteed number of connections per hour of the highest load is 300,000, and the number of subscribers can reach 36,000. There are two servers in each S8700 delivery, providing duplication of even standard configurations.

The architecture of the S8700 server in the MultiConnect configuration is similar to the Definity G3R in terms of the type of statives, subscriber endings and connecting lines used. Thus, the transition from Definity G3R to S8700 MultiConnect for customers with the Definity G3R installed base consists mainly in replacing the control complex. The gain of such migration is an increase in system performance and the use of the G700 gateway as a remote office with the possibility of autonomous operation. At the same time, the equipment installed by the client is preserved as much as possible.

The cost of the Avaya S8700 Multi Connect depends on the configuration, delivery from the Race Communications warehouse in Moscow or within 4-6 weeks.
