Site materials www.race.ru updated with new information about Race Communications licenses and authorizations. Due to the expiration of previously issued licenses, licenses for the design and construction of buildings and structures have been replaced, information about Race authorization from suppliers of telecommunications equipment and software has been added. Licenses are presented in the form of photocopies.
