  • Contractual work: deliveries, subcontracting (construction and installation, commissioning, design, freight forwarding), services, works
  • Registration, approval, coordination and control over process of signing agreements, additional agreements and protocols of disagreements
  • Work with contractors
  • Maintaining a register of agreements, accounting and tracking of performance of contractual obligations, electronic archive
  • Paperwork management: preparing letters for arbitration
  • Registration actions in government agencies: creation of legal entities including making amendments in information on legal entity in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, etc. (Notary, registrar of companies, multifunctional center, etc.);
  • Risk assessment and counselling on various issues related to the company operation
  • Legal analysis and formation of local company regulatory acts (provisions, regulations, orders, etc.)
  • Preparation of reports, references and other analytical materials on contract work for the company management
  • Ability to work in multitasking mode, activity, stress resistance, competent written and oral speech
Coordinator of Project Support Department


  • Knowledge of document flow in wholesale and retail trade (invoices, acts, contracts)
  • Work experience from 1 year with Excel and 1C 8.2 programs (knowledge of scopes: orders, shipments, transportation, return of goods)
  • Active PC user, knowledge of office machines
  • Decency, desire to work, accuracy and diligence, organized nature, sociability, initiative, attentiveness, punctuality in business
  • Welcome: competent speech, discipline, tact, ability to clearly articulate thoughts, knowledge of business etiquette


  • Coordination of the commercial department activities with other departments of the company;
  • Document flow management: register of contracts, availability of agreements, protocols of intent, agreements, invoices, consignment notes
  • Entering orders in the 1C base, invoicing (TORG-12, TTN), preparing letters of attorney
  • Support for implementation of projects, procurement, sales Preparation of commercial offers
  • Work with electronic trading floors (assistance to the Manager)
  • Customer relation management, recording transactions and obligations
