Due to the departure of Vladilen Ivanovich Lopatin, professor of MAI, for a well-deserved rest after 12 years of leadership of the network academy "Education Center of Race Communications", Yuri Vladimirovich Kuzin was appointed director of the Academy on September 15, 2011.

Kuzin Yu.V. was born on October 5, 1979 in Balakovo, Saratov region, after graduating from school with a silver medal, he entered the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, from which he graduated in 2002 with a degree in "engineer-mathematician". A year before graduation, as part of a group of students, he was invited by Race Communications to work as an intern student, went from a systems engineer to deputy director of the technical department. Participated in the implementation of IT projects of Sberbank of Russia (the central office in Moscow, the Urals, the south of Russia, and other areas), IT projects for Gazprom, the Pension Fund of Russia and the Federal Tax Service of Russia, and other geographically distributed organizations. Kuzin Yu.V. constantly improves his qualifications. Has Cisco CCNA and CCDA certificates (2000), CCNP and CCDP (2001), CCVP (2007), CCIE #12892 (2004). The expert's qualification is regularly confirmed (2006, 2008, 2010).
