Since October 2003, Sergey Valeryevich Minaev has been appointed Commercial Director of Race-Communication CJSC. Before joining Race Communications, Sergey Minaev held a similar position at Marvel.

Leonid Lopatin, CEO of Race Communications, commented on the situation as follows: "The emergence of the position of commercial director in Race is due to the high pace of development of the company and ambitious commercial plans for 2004. Sergey Valeryevich Minaev (born in 1966) graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1991, Faculty of VMiK. Since 1993, he started working in the Moscow office of the Marvel company, as head of the sales department, in 1995-1996 - head of the dealer department of the Stins Coman company. Since 1996, Sergey Valeryevich has returned to Marvel as a commercial director responsible for solving issues that contribute to increasing sales, coordinating the activities of procurement, sales and product promotion departments. Since October 2003 Sergey Minaev has been the Commercial Director of Race Communications (Race-Communication CJSC).
