Race Communications within the framework of the Cisco Channel Partner program received the status of Customer Satisfaction Excellence – the highest status of a partner under the Cisco Channel Partner program.
The assignment of the Customer Satisfaction Excellence status is based on the results of a survey of customers in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool system and indicates the high qualification of Race Communications specialists in the field of building telecommunications systems based on Cisco Systems hardware and software. Obtaining the Customer Satisfaction Excellence status also confirms customer satisfaction with the quality of service and the level of pre-sale and after-sale support for Cisco Systems products.
