Axis 2120 network camera provides transmission of high-quality JPEG images in any networks, over telephone lines and on the Internet. It is enough to connect the camera to the network or to a modem to receive images at a speed of 25 (PAL) / 30 (NTSC) frames per second through a regular browser. Thanks to the built-in Web server based on OC Linux and the 32-bit RISC processor ETRAX 100 , the function of automatically sending images by E-mail or via FTP is implemented, which can be configured for a given time, according to a schedule or by triggering external sensors.

Axis 2120 is designed for installation both indoors and outdoors in normal lighting conditions and can be used to build an external video surveillance system via TCP/IP. For outdoor installation , the use of a thermal jacket is recommended. Axis 2120 is equipped with a motion detector with a configurable sensitivity level for various zones and recording in RAM from 25 to 50 frames after it is triggered, with the possibility of receiving them later. Ideal for outdoor monitoring of remote objects in real time.
