Race introduces the Avaya IP412 Office universal switch.

The Avaya IP412 Office is the senior model in the IP Office product line and provides connection of up to 4 ISDN PRI lines and 12 external expansion modules with a total capacity of up to 256 telephone subscribers. The system is designed for medium-sized offices with increased requirements for network infrastructure.

A powerful call processor and advanced internal data transfer capabilities allow using this model in a small operator center or an enterprise that spends most of its time working with customers. Avaya IP412 Office has all the necessary functionality to build on its basis a call center for 75 operators with call routing according to a predetermined scenario.

The cost of Avaya IP412 Office is $5250, delivered from the Race Communications warehouse in Moscow or within 4-6 weeks.
