Race announces changes in the model range of Cisco Systems IP phones.

Cisco Systems has released a new IP phone model. IP phone 7931 G combines an elegant design and advanced functionality of a phone for secretaries and managers, which needs to make a large number of calls. The device has 4 interactive buttons for menu and function control and 24 buttons for fast line switching. Convenient call hold, redial and transfer buttons make working with IP phone 7931G simple and fast.

The Cisco 7931G IP phone has two RJ-45 connectors for a 10/100 Base-T network connection (to the PC and to the line). Thus, the computer and the IP phone use the same network connection. The Cisco 7931G IP phone supports IEEE 802.3af PoE and runs Cisco Unified CallManager Express 4.0.

The cost of the 7931G device with a GPL license price list is $525, delivered from the Race Communications warehouse in Moscow or within 4-6 weeks.

It was also announced the termination of sales of the 7912G IP phone from March 26, 2007. It is recommended to use the 7911G IP phone as a replacement.
